About Tender Loving Care Child Care Daycare

TLC is a private, non-profit childcare program that operates under the supervision of a Director and Governing Board. The primary goal of TLC is to serve children and families of the community by offering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children between the ages of 12 months and 11 years. PHILOSOPHY The philosophy of TLC is based first and foremost on the belief that each child is a unique individual. We believe that providing developmentally appropriate programs that focus on the process of learning, help children enjoy positive successful experiences and enhance the formation of a positive self-image in crucial early years. As children grow and have more experiences, their emerging self-expands. By creating environments that are safe, clean, healthy, and child-oriented, children can feel secure about themselves to explore, to experience, to choose, to trust, and to succeed.
