FUMC Preschool is ... A state certified, multi-age, parent-cooperative preschool that serves children age 3 to 5. We have two classrooms; a three-year-old room and a four year old room. We offer half and full day sessions. Half day sessions run from 8am to 12pm. Full day sessions run from 8am to 3pm. Our Mission Statement As a developmental preschool, we encourage all children to develop and improve their skills in areas of self-help, motor, language, social development, creativity, pre-reading, and pre-writing. We will work as a team with families and other professionals to meet children where they are and fulfill their needs regardless of culture, beliefs, and abilities. We value and respect every child, their family, and needs of all. We will work to build a relationship of trust betweeni the school and families. FUMC Preschool will advocate for children, families and our staff to ensue we provide the best environment, services, and instruction, and help them advocate for themselves.
