Mill Pond Nursery & Childcare of Port Jefferson Station is now open!. Our Stony Brook location on Mill Pond Road will continue to run as well. We are right across the street from Ward Melville High School on Old Town Rd on the East Setauket - Port Jefferson border. We offer full time child care and preschool programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 yrs. We are a unique community of involved parents and dedicated teachers who seek the best education and future for our children.We believe that children have the greatest opportunity to grow and develop in a safe, loving, and respectful environment. This environment is the foundation of our program. At Mill Pond we respect all children and their individual feelings and experiences. Although all children learn differently, most have a general need in each stage of their childhood that can be met by their caregiver. At Mill Pond we strive to create an environment that supports children at each stage of their development.
