About New Discoveries Learning Center

Early Intervention services for infants and young children who have exhibited a delay in one or more areas that are essential for a child’s future development. This New York State certified program is designed for children immediately after birth to assist with their developmental needs. Our professional team, including service coordinators, special education teachers, physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and medical personnel, work with families to develop a unique program to meet their child’s specific needs. The New Discoveries Learning Center at Upstate Caring Partners is dedicated to providing children with a safe and stimulating daycare environment. Daycare programs are operated in Utica, Rome, and Westmoreland. These New York State licensed programs provide quality care for preschool children. Each child’s day is filled with hands-on activities that enhance their development and overall growth in a fun and supportive environment. Preschool classrooms provide stimulation and learning activities including language, motor, social, emotional, and cognitive skill development.
