About The Preschool Around the Corner

We began in 2013 as a vision of Reta Hale and Tricia Conner. We wanted to establish a dedicated preschool program that emphasized individualized learning, smaller class sizes, and consistent teacher-student relationships. Step Up to Quality Gold Award Child-to-teacher ratios lower than the state ratios. Ohio PROMISE designated program. Use Creative Curriculum, Heggarty Phonics, and Handwriting Without Tears. Teachers with over 30 hours of professional development each year. Accept publicly funded childcare. Accept the Ohio voucher for childcare.
