I am doing my own in-home childcare. I am currently open for three positions. I have my AA degree in Early Childhood Development ,and I am a step nine in the Oregon Registry. I have been in the childcare industry for 22 years, having my own in-home for 15 years. Then going on to be a director at a center for seven years. I strongly believe in education and stability. My beliefs are that children should learn through play based environment. Provided with the proper resources and tools given to the children to encourage their learning.
